Submission of work requires that the piece to be reviewed has not been previously published. Reproduction or any other use of publications is only possible upon the agreement of the Editorial Board of the journal Legal Horizons and the obligatory reference to the source. The author is responsible for compliance with the requirements when preparing materials, including copyright standards, reliability of actual data, including quotations, references to sources, laws, names and designations.
The author when submitting materials entitles the Editorial Board to publish submitted manuscript in print and electronic form; to publish or distribute materials submitted to the Editorial Board in print and electronic form. The author agrees that the direct or indirect use of submissions by the Editorial Board is carried out without payment of royalties, and waives the right to receive money from the sale of copies of the journal.
The author agrees with all the requirements of the Editorial Board on publication of the manuscript, thereby giving consent to the use, collection and processing of personal data for inclusion in the database according to the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”. Chief Editor of Legal Horizons is responsible for the selection of manuscripts to be published. Verification of the relevance and importance for researchers and readers should always be the main factors influencing the decision to publish the manuscript. Chief Editor can be guided by the policies of the Editorial Board of the journal, and the decision should be based on the provisions of the law prohibiting copyright infringement and plagiarism. Chief Editor may consult other members of the Editorial Board for decision.
Opinion of the Editorial Board may not coincide with the opinion of authors. Authors are responsible for the contents and reliability of information in the manuscript. Materials that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will not be returned to authors.
